I founded RSA Career Lab to bring together four things I’m passionate about: work with clients, technology, business, and analytics. Drawing on 15 years of professional experience and ongoing research and analysis, I support technology professionals in assessing their options, positioning their expertise, and developing a practical career strategy built around their strengths, experience, and goals.

I have advised and coached more than 800 technology professionals, supporting them in securing employment and building their careers. Former clients now hold senior positions in banks, consulting firms, government organizations, mid-sized companies, and startups. Others have established their own consulting businesses.

Employers I’ve Worked With

My work with clients has brought me into regular contact with employers, including Accenture, KPMG, BMO, CIBC, Scotiabank, mid-sized consulting companies, and recruitment companies such as Robert Half and Randstad. I coordinated networking events, prepared clients for interviews, and referred candidates through direct contacts within these organizations. These relationships gave me first-hand insight into hiring expectations and how individual expertise connects with business needs.
