Over the past 20 years, I have built my career in workforce development, leadership, and employment services, progressing from frontline employment counselling to program management, team leadership, workshop facilitation, and strategic workforce consulting. Throughout my career, I have designed career development programs, coached and mentored teams, facilitated professional learning, built employer partnerships, and contributed to talent development initiatives. Working across the technology, financial, engineering, healthcare, and other professional sectors has given me firsthand insight into evolving hiring practices, changing leadership expectations, and the workforce challenges organizations face today.
